The Schools Exhibition at the end of September at the NSA Gallery consisted of a display of exciting work by sixth form students from the following schools and colleges: Beckett, Bluecoat, Bilborough, Nottingham Boy's High School, Rushcliffe, Trinity Catholic and South Wold's Academy.
The range of work on show was predominantly A and AS Level coursework selected by the art teachers from the participating schools. There was a very broad and diverse spectrum of work both in terms of the media and processes
used but also the personal responses to the exam themes by individual students. Also on display were the students' workbooks.
NSA Member Kenwyn Rees, who organised the exhibition, hopes it will help to attract young members to the Society.
The photographs below show a small sample of the work on show.
