Our main channel of communication is by email. If you do not have an email address or are unwilling to provide one please go back and download the application form, print it, fill in what you can and post it, instead of using this online form.
Your details will be used solely for administering your membership of the Society and will never be passed on to any third party organisations.
Your address is needed for us to send you items that cannot be emailed, such as the membership card and the bi-annual Society magazine.
Your phone number will allow us to contact you in the event of an urgent communication, e.g. cancellation of an event you have joined, a query about an exhibit of yours in an exhibition, etc.
After submitting this form, you will be asked to complete another form to give your consent for how your information is used.
An email will be sent to you after submission indicating how you can pay your membership subscription, and confirming the details you have given for your records.
